I T Director 1989 – 2006	As member of the Senior and Strategic Management Team, formulated and implemented daily company-wide decisions affecting mortgage products, rates, technology, staff, premises etc. Through changes in senior management and successive owners, Company Name has undergone metamorphoses several times. From an initial team of 2 employees, the IT function has increased to its current level of 30 staff in line with corporate growth. Gained comprehensive experience of system mapping and migration through importing existing mortgage books from other 3 rd party lenders. Pivotal in incorporating the web as part of Platform's business model, gaining a Technology Award Gold Standard for the website from important relevant and regular publication.
